Learning in the Kitchen
Teach your littles to stir in their intentions this season and what the magic behind each ingredient represents! Share a childhood memory with them while you cook in the kitchen. Make sure to write down the recipes or meal you made to look back on in the future. Pictures are always helpful too.
A Spring Meal Plan you could try:
Breakfast: Omelet with veggies, toast with jam
Lunch: Honey ham sandwich with cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, honey mustard mayo, with a side of homemade potato chips
Dinner: Roasted lamb with honey glazed carrots, colcannon, and rolls
Dessert: Lemon Olive Oil Cake
Drink: Mint Lemonade or Lemonade made with Lavender
Put on some light fun music, light some candles, create a magical recipe together whether its a new one or a family favorite!
Try teaching elements in the kitchen like fire for cooking and water for cleaning. There are endless possibilities here.
